Cookie policy
Effective from 29 July 2026
This cookie policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the Sinergia platform uses, and how you can manage your choices.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and settings for a period of time.
2. Which categories of cookies we use
The Platform uses four categories of cookies, the same ones shown in the cookie banner: strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication, your consent choice, and the technical cookies set by our hosting platform and content delivery network), analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), performance cookies and advertising cookies. The last two categories arrive with Microsoft Clarity: Sinergia runs no advertising and does not use this data for advertising. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Platform cannot function correctly without them. The rest are set only after your consent, and each category can be allowed or refused separately. The Google Maps map embedded on the contact page loads together with the page. Other embedded third-party services, such as social network posts, are not loaded automatically: they appear only if you choose to open them.
3. List of cookies

| NID, 1P_JAR and other Google cookies | Analytics | May be set by the Google Maps map embedded on the contact page | as set by Google's own terms |
4. Third-party services
The contact page has an embedded Google Maps map, which loads together with the page. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy, independently of Sinergia. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy if you would like to learn more.
For user-experience analysis we use Microsoft Clarity, which collects behavioural metrics, heatmaps, scroll analytics and session replays. Microsoft Clarity is active on the Platform and works together with the consent management tool: it is loaded in line with your choice about analytics cookies. Clarity also uses cookies from Microsoft domains, including some normally classified as performance and advertising cookies; they are listed in the table above. For more information on the privacy practices of Microsoft, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement: privacy.microsoft.com.
5. Managing consent
The Platform's analytics tools run with Google Consent Mode, and consent for analytics cookies is denied by default. This means analytics cookies are not used until you have given consent. The Platform uses the CookieYes consent management tool, which shows a cookie banner and lets you allow or refuse analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time: on a computer through the round button in the corner of the screen, and on a phone through the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. Strictly necessary cookies, including hosting and security cookies, are set without consent because the Platform does not work without them. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to review, delete and block cookies in their settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform, such as signing in to your account, from working correctly.
7. Changes to this policy
This cookie policy may be updated, including if the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
